Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internet Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers using digital platforms to meet their vehicle purchasing needs.

Responsibilities:

- Engage and respond to online customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers through email, chat, and phone communications.
- Provide detailed vehicle information and effectively present benefits and features to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from online inquiries to in-person visits or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
- Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of automotive vehicles and the automotive market is advantageous.
